Welcome to Knickerbocker Mansion and Estates, a premier mountain retreat and wedding destination in the heart of Big Bear Lake.

Set on a breathtaking, tree-lined 2.5-acre estate, the property offers rare seclusion just a short stroll from Big Bear Village, marinas, hiking trails, and ski resorts. It is the perfect home base for every mountain adventure — while remaining a peaceful sanctuary of its own.

More private than a hotel and more refined than a traditional Airbnb, Knickerbocker delivers an experience unmatched on the mountain: tranquil, elevated, and effortlessly accessible.

The estate features three distinctive residences — The Mansion, The Estate House, and The Carriage House — offering overnight accommodations for up to 33 guests and event capacity for 75+ attendees, making it ideal for unforgettable weddings, retreats, reunions, and celebrations.
