Every beautiful event lies atop a foundation of meticulous planning. Whether it’s a grand gala or an intimate home gathering, each event follows these vital steps of service:
Budget Development:
Finances deserve transparent discussion. As with any investment, you should grasp where your funds are allocated and how they influence the day’s emotions. We’ll delve into budget discussions, setting clear parameters. With an agreed-upon range, I’ll present options aligning with our budget.
Location Services:
The venue is the cornerstone. All decisions, from design to partner selection, stem from the location. Our venue must be stunning, yet practical. Our journey begins with the location, whether we seek one out together or if you already have one in mind. Location services encompass site inspections, in-depth research, education, and contract negotiation.
Design & Details:
Wedding and event design is personal, and on purpose. I seek to understand your worldview, and design through my own artistic lens. Each experience must be utterly unique, capturing your past present, and future. To tell this story, I spent as much time as it takes to truly understanding you. Then – and only then – do I begin the design phase. My goal is to be both timely and timeless, emphasizing a blend of contemporary and timeless designs enriched with romantic and tasteful details. Beyond visuals, design encompasses flow and guest experience, and inlcudes every element of your wedding from entertainment to service.
Presentation:
Presentation is part of my process, and you can expect to receive a series of bespoke documents and tools throughout the planning phase. These tools, developed to aid you in conceptualizing your event and may include but are not limited to inspiration boards, narrative stories, sketches, renderings, AI deseings, and live demos.
Production:
Once you approve your design, we move into the production phase. I become the liaison overseeing all custom-made items, flowers procured, entertainment set, and menus curated. I’ll ensure that everything aligns with your precise specifications.
Event Execution:
We are live! It takes more than a day to bring these designs to life. In fact, many of the installations you see on this website have taken nearly a week to intall. During this time, my team and I are on-site working as a liason between the all production partners. With an experienced team on-site, every aspect is meticulously overseen, from production to guest interactions. Imagine us as the maestros behind the curtain, orchestrating each moment.
Concierge Services:
Prioritizing your guests is paramount. Hence, we offer elite concierge services, from website development to guest communications. Our goal? To relieve you of the logistical burden. We provide services such as RSVP management, style guidance, and more.
Social Media & Story Telling:
In the digital age, sharing your experience amplifies its reach. At Andrea Eppolito, our dedicated team collaborates with you to ensure your event shines on social platforms. We also work with renowned photographers, film makers, and content cretors to immortalize your event’s moments.
