We are a local Pacific Beach family running a Gourmet Food Truck. We believe in making and serving healthy meals that can be enjoyed at any location. We offer organic, sustainable products, such as Maciel Family Farm, Brandt True Natural Beef, and seafood from local fisherman John West.

Chip McCarty, the owner/operator of our truck, is a San Diego native. Between Chip and his wife they have over 40 years experience in the restaurant industry. Chef Chip is culinary trained and has held Chef positions at Valley View Casino and Hard Rock Hotel to name a few.
