Chef Hector Casanova established Casanova Fish Tacos in 2009. After he was laid off from a county job during the 2008 recession, his friends pushed him to open the first mobile fish taco company in San Diego. He has been changing the taco game with the uniqueness of his product and presentation.

What Sets Our Tacos Apart
After 13 years we are still the only catering company in San Diego that specializes in true Baja Style Cuisine. We fry and grill on-site for maximum freshness. Our signature for the past 13 years. Presentation, Service and the consistency of our product make us different and we are always challenging ourselves to create new and unique fusions… we call it Tacology.
